| 1 | Leave the woodruff sprigs for 1 hr. |
| 2 | To wilt slightly. |
| 3 | This will bring out their vanilla-like flavor. |
| 4 | Put them into a bowl and pour on the wine and orange juice. |
| 5 | Leave for 1 hr. |
| 6 | And strain. |
| 7 | Quarter the strawberries if they are large. |
| 8 | Leave the raspberries whole, if using. |
| 9 | Put the fruit into a punch bowl. |
| 10 | Pour on the strained liquid. |
| 11 | Cover with plastic wrap and chill 30 mins. |
| 12 | Pour the brandy and the ginger ale into the bowl. |
| 13 | Float the borage flowers on top. |
| 14 | Serve as soon as possible in tall glasses so as not to lose the slightly sparkling effect of the ginger ale. |
