1 shotBrandy
1 shotCherry Herring
1 splashSour Mix
1 dashGrenadine
Fresh Fruit
6 ozChampagne
Procedures:
1Add crushed ice to snifter or gobblet.
2Add Triple Sec, Brandy, Cherry Heering, Grenadine and Sour Mix.
3Stir contents.
4Add sliced fruit.
5Top off glass with Champagne.
6Serve in: Brandy snifter
