Ingredients:
1 ozYeast
4 ozBrandy
2 lbsSugar
7 lbsDamsons
Procedures:
1Spread yeast on a piece of toast.
2Slice the fruit; place them in a large pot and pour in a gallon of boiling water.
3Close tightly and allow to stand for several days; stir occasionally.
4Strain out the juice into a seperate pot; add the sugar and brandy plus the yeast on toast.
5Seal and allow to ferment.
6Strain when ready and store a year before used.
7Serve in: Unknown or None
