Spread yeast on a piece of toast.

Slice the fruit; place them in a large pot and pour in a gallon of boiling water.

Close tightly and allow to stand for several days; stir occasionally.

Strain out the juice into a seperate pot; add the sugar and brandy plus the yeast on toast.

Seal and allow to ferment.

Strain when ready and store a year before used.
