Ingredients:
2 cupUnsweetened strawberries
-fresh or frozen, hulled
2 Bananas, sliced
8 ozLow-fat vanilla yogurt
1/2 cupSkim milk
1/4 cupRice bran
3 tbspLemon juice
1 tbspTo 2 tb honey
Procedures:
1Cover and freeze strawberries and sliced bananas until firm, about 4 hours or overnight.
2Combine all ingredients in a blender; process until smooth.
3Serve immediately in chilled glasses.
