Procedures:
| 1 | Cut orange peel in a thin spiral, moisten, and coat with brown sugar. | | 2 | Place spiral in a heat-proof mug, add about ?oz. of warmed rum and flame until sugar is carmelized. | | 3 | Add remaider of rum, rock & rye, curacao, and lemon peel, fill with boiling water, and stir well. | | 4 | Serve in: Highball Glass |
