Ingredients:
1 7 ? Pastry Shell, unbaked
1/2 cupButter, softened
1 cupSugar
3 tbspFlour
1/8 tspSalt
3 Egg Yolks
2/3 cupEvaporated Milk
1 tspVanilla
1/2 cupChopped Walnuts
Procedures:
1Prepare pastry shell; chill.
2Beat butter and sugar in a medium sized bowl until well-mixed.
3Add flour, salt, egg yolks, and evaporated milk.
4Beat until well mixed.
5Stir in vanilla and walnuts.
6Pour mixture into unbaked shell.
7Bake on lower rack of oven at 375 °F for 45 minutes or until center is set but still soft.
8Cool thoroughly
