Ingredients:
1 Cote du Rhone (or equal)
3 Cinnamon
8 cloves
1/2 literSugar
1/2 Lemon Juice
Procedures:
1Mix all ingredients, except for the lemonslices, in a jug.
2Heat it (using a lid) on full power for 5-6 minutes or, if you are using a temperature meter, 75'C.
3Stir, until the sugar is dissolved.
4Serve in a small cup, with a slice of lemon for decoration.
5Serve in: Irish Coffee Cup
