Ingredients:
1 quartHeavy Cream
6 Eggs
1 Sugar
2 Bourbon
Procedures:
1Separate eggs.
2Beat yolks, add sugar.
3Add bourbon slowly while beating.
4Beat egg whites until stiff.
5Fold whites into egg yolk mixture, then fold whipped cream into mixture.
6Refrigerate for more than 4 days.
7Stir frequently to avoid separation.
8Color will change to a pale Serve w/nutmeg or cinnamon.
9Serve in: Highball Glass
