Ingredients:
1 tspCoconut Syrup
Black Coffee
1 ozDark Rum
1 ozCognac
Orange Peel
1 tbsp. Vanilla Ice Cream
1 pinchCinnamon
Procedures:
1Pour coconut syrup and hot coffee into a large, heat-proof mug that has been rinsed with hot water.
2Stir until syrup is dissolved.
3Add rum, cognac, orange peel, and ice cream float.
4Sprinkle with cinnamon.
5Serve in: Irish Coffee Cup
