Ingredients:
1 cupPeeled & cubed butternut
-- squash
2 cupVanilla soy milk
3 tbspBrown rice syrup
2 1/2 tbspFruit flavoured lecithin
-- granules
1/4 tspNutmeg
1/4 tspVanilla extract
4 tbspUnsalted mirin, optional
Procedures:
1Steam squash for 20 minutes or till soft.
2Drain & let cool for 5 minutes.
3Transfer to a blender, add remaining ingredients & blend till smooth.
4Refrigerate for 30 minutes
