Procedures:

In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine lime juice, sugar, Scotch, and bitters.

Shake well.

Almost fill a collins glass with crushed ice.

Stir until glass is frosted.

Strain mixture in shaker into the glass and add the club soda.
