Ingredients:
1 1/2 ozAnejo Rum
2 tspBrown Creme de Cacao
2 tspCreme de Cacao
4 ozBlack Coffee
2 ozHeavy Cream
1/2 tspCinnamon
Procedures:
1Pour the rum, dark creme de cacao, white creme de cacao, and coffee into an Irish coffee glass.
2Pour the cream carefully over the back of a teaspoon so that it floats on top of the drink.
3Dust with the cinnamon.
4Serve in: Irish Coffee Cup
