Ingredients:
2 Eggs
1 1/3 cupEvaporated milk
1/2 tspChocolate syrup
1 tspVanilla
1/3 tspLemon ext
1/4 tspInstant coffee
1 3/4 cupIrish whiskey
Procedures:
1Place all ingredients in a blender; blend well.
2Bottle and let mellow in frig at least one week before serving.
3We found this best after 1 to 2 weeks.
4Store in frig.
5Liqueur may be served at room temp by removing from frig an hour or two before serving.
6Use within 6 months
