Ingredients:
2 tbspPeanut oil
1 tspMinced garlic
1 lbsBeef cut for stirfry
1 pinchRed pepper flakes
3/4 lbsSea scallops
1 pinchRed pepper flakes
1 1/4 cupSliced green onion
1 tbspWater
1 pinchFresh ginger
1 pinchWhite pepper
1 tspSalt
Procedures:
1Heat oil in wok or large skillet until almost smoking.
2Add garlic and beef, then scallops, and stir-fry about 30 seconds.
3Add remaining ingredients and stir-fry beef and scallops another 20 to 30 seconds
