| tsp | vanilla extract | | 3
| large | eggs | | 1
| bar | (2 ounces total) NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE?Semi-Sweet or Premier White Chocolate Baking Bars, made into curls or grated |

Procedures:
| 1 | FOR CRUST: | | 2 | PREHEAT oven to 350?F. | | 3 | TOSS cookie crumbs and butter together in medium bowl. | | 4 | Press onto bottom of ungreased 9-inch springform pan. | | 5 | Bake for 10 minutes. | | 6 | FOR FILLING: | | 7 | MICROWAVE morsels in small, microwave-safe bowl on MEDIUM-HIGH (70%) power for 1 minute; stir. | | 8 | Microwave at additional 10- to 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth; cool to room temperature. | | 9 | BEAT cream cheese, sugar and vanilla extract in large mixer bowl until smooth. | | 10 | Beat in eggs; gradually beat in melted white morsels. | | 11 | Spread over chocolate crust. | | 12 | BAKE for 40 to 50 minutes or until edges are set but center still moves slightly. | | 13 | Cool in pan on wire rack; refrigerate until firm. | | 14 | Remove side of springform pan. | | 15 | SPRINKLE chocolate curls over cheesecake before serving. | | 16 | Skill Level: Easy |
