Cheesecake Topped Brownies

Ingredients:
23 2/3 ozpackage fudge brownie mix
8 ozpackage cream cheese, softened
2 tbspmargarine or butter softened
1 tbspcornstarch
14 ozcan Eagle?Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk (NOT evaporated milk)
1 egg
2 tspvanilla extract
Procedures:
1This recipe makes a basic brownie extra special by adding a delicious layer of cheesecake on top. Kids of all sizes will love this treat.
2Ready-to-Spread chocolate frosting, optional
3Preheat oven to 350?
4Prepare brownie mix as package directs.
5Spread into well-greased 13x9-inch baking pan.
6In small mixer bowl, beat cheese, margarine and cornstarch until fluffy.
7Gradually beat in Eagle Brand then egg and vanilla until smooth.
8Pour cheesecake mixture evenly over brownie batter.
9Bake 45 minutes or until top is lightly browned. Cool.
10Spread with frosting if desired.
11Cut into bars.
12Store covered in refrigerator.

14To create a fun new look to this recipe, add a couple of drops of red, green or other color of food coloring to the cheesecake mixture and proceed as above
