Creamy Cheesy Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients:
2 pounds (about 6 medium) potatoes, peeled and cut into 1-inch chunks
3/4 cupNESTLÉ® CARNATION?Evaporated Milk
1/4 cup(1/2 stick) butter or margarine
1 cup(4 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
Salt and ground black pepper to taste
Procedures:
1PLACE potatoes in large saucepan.
2Cover with water; bring to a boil.
3Cook over medium-high heat for 15 to 20 minutes or until tender; drain.
4RETURN potatoes to saucepan; add evaporated milk and butter.
5Beat with hand-held mixer until smooth.
6Stir in cheese.
7Season with salt and pepper.
8NOTE: Chopped green onions, chopped parsley or cooked, crumbled bacon may be added to mashed potatoes.
