Ingredients:

| large | apples | | 1/4
| cup | confectioner's sugar (powdered) | | 1
| tbsp | grated orange zest | | 1
| tbsp | butter | | 1/4
| cup | water |

Procedures:
| 1 | Wash, peel and core the apples. Cut them into quarters. | | 2 | In a small pot, bring water to a boil. Add apples, then cover and let them cook over low heat for 25 minutes, stirring occassionally. | | 3 | Stir in the sugar, butter and orange zest and mix well. Use a fork to roughly crush the apples. | | 4 | Transfer to small cups and serve warm. |
