Ingredients:

| large | pork chop fillets (abt 1/3 lb each) | | 1
| tbsp | butter | | 2
| med | onions, peeled and chopped | | 1/4
| cup | vinegar | | 1/3
| cup | water | | x | salt and pepper | | 1/4
| cup | sliced pickles | | 1
| tbsp | mustard |

Procedures:
| 1 | In a pressure cooker, panfry the porkchops in butter, about 3-4 minutes each side. Remove and set aside. | | 2 | Add the chopped onions in the pressure cooker, saute for 2-3 minutes. | | 3 | Add the vinegar, then let it simmer for 2 minutes. | | 4 | Add water, then season with salt and pepper. Bring to a quick boil. | | 5 | Put the porkchops back to the pot, then close and pressure-cook for 12 minutes. | | 6 | Open the pressure cooker and add the sliced pickles. Add the mustard and mix well. Cook for 2-3 minutes more. | | 7 | Arrange on serving plates, topping the porkchops with the sliced pickles. |
