Stewed Porkchops with Pickles

Ingredients:
4 largepork chop fillets (abt 1/3 lb each)
1 tbspbutter
2 medonions, peeled and chopped
1/4 cupvinegar
1/3 cupwater
xsalt and pepper
1/4 cupsliced pickles
1 tbspmustard
Procedures:
1In a pressure cooker, panfry the porkchops in butter, about 3-4 minutes each side. Remove and set aside.
2Add the chopped onions in the pressure cooker, saute for 2-3 minutes.
3Add the vinegar, then let it simmer for 2 minutes.
4Add water, then season with salt and pepper. Bring to a quick boil.
5Put the porkchops back to the pot, then close and pressure-cook for 12 minutes.
6Open the pressure cooker and add the sliced pickles. Add the mustard and mix well. Cook for 2-3 minutes more.
7Arrange on serving plates, topping the porkchops with the sliced pickles.
