Quiche Lorraine

Ingredients:
1 xinstant / prepared pie crust, 9-inch
3 xeggs, beaten
1 1/2 cupsfresh cream
1/2 lbsbacon or ham, chopped
1 tbspbutter
1/2 cupgrated swiss cheese
xsalt and pepper
Procedures:
1Preheat oven - about 375 F.
2Arrange pie crust in a greased, deep 9-inch pie dish. Bake for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven.
3In a small pan, quickly saute chopped bacon (or ham) in butter.
4In a large bowl, mix together the eggs, salt and pepper (according to taste). Add the cream, cheese, and chopped bacon (or ham) and mix well.
5Pour into the pie crust and bake in the oven for about 15 - 18 minutes, until filling is cooked.
6Slice and serve hot.
