Meatballs in Mushroom Gravy

Ingredients:
2 largeeggs, beaten
1/4 cupmilk
2 xsliced white bread, crumbled
1 1/2 lbsground beef
1/4 tspsalt
1/2 cupchopped onions
2 tbspflour
1 tbspcooking oil
1 1/2 cupbeef broth
1/2 tspdried oregano
1 canmushrooms, drained and sliced
1 cupplain yogurt
2 tspchopped parsley
Procedures:
1Preheat oven to 375 F.
2In a large bowl, combine the eggs and milk.
3Stir in bread crumbs and salt.
4Add ground beef and mix well.
5Shape into about 40 (1.5 inch) meatballs, then place in a shallow baking dish.
6Bake in oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until cooked. Drain on paper towels.
7In a large skillet, cook chopped onions in hot oil until tender.
8Add flour, then continue cooking for 1 more minute.
9Add meatballs to the skillet along with beef broth and oregano. Cover and simmer for about 10 minutes.
10Remove meatballs from pan and transfer to a serving dish.
11Add sliced mushrooms to the sauce, then bring to a boil.
12Reduce heat, then stir in plain yogurt.
13Season the sauce with salt and pepper, then pour over the meatballs.
14Garnish with chopped parsley.
15Serve with mashed potatoes or rice.
