| large | red snapper fillets | | 12
| slice | toasted white bread | | 2
| large | tomatoes | | 1
| large | lettuce (butterhead) | | 2
| small | eggs, beaten | | 2
| tsp | curry powder | | 3
| tbsp | flour | | 2
| tbsp | bread crumbs | | | salt and pepper |

Procedures:
| 1 | Cut snapper fillets in two. Season with salt, pepper, and curry powder. | | 2 | Coat fillets with flour and dip in egg. Coat well with bread crumbs and panfry fish fillets until cooked. | | 3 | Wash and cut tomatoes into 1/3 inch slices. | | 4 | Make double-decker sandwiches by alternating fish, tomato and bread slices. | | 5 | Serve on a bed of lettuce. | | 6 | *You can serve with chutney on the side. | | 7 | ** Other types of fish can be used like sea bass, trout, salmon, etc. |
