Hot German Potato Salad

Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbspotatoes
xsalt
2 tbspchopped parsley
1/2 lbsbacon, sliced into 1/2 inch strips
1 largeonion, peeled and chopped
1 cupwhite wine
2 tbspwhite wine vinegar
xsalt and pepper to taste
Procedures:
1Boil the potatoes in salted water for about 30 minutes.
2In a frying pan, saute the bacon over medium heat for about 2-3 minutes. Remove bacon from pan, drain on paper towels.
3In the same pan, saute the chopped onions for 2 minutes.
4Add the wine and vinegar and simmer for 2 minutes.
5Season with salt and pepper.
6Peel and cut the boiled potatoes to make 1/2 inch slices, then transfer to a salad bowl. Add the chopped parsley and bacon.
7Add the sauce and mix carefully, make sure that the potatoes do not crumble.
8Serve warm.
