| cup | milk | | 1/2

| x | egg, beaten | | 1
| tsp | chopped parsley | | 1
| tsp | chopped chives | | x | salt, pepper and paprika | | x | cooking oil | | 2

Procedures:
| 1 | In a large bowl, soak the bread slices in milk and water. | | 2 | Mix soaked bread with sausage meat (or ground beef). Add beaten egg, chives, parsley, paprika, then season with salt and pepper. Mix well. | | 3 | Form meat balls, then coat in flour. | | 4 | Deepfry or panfry in cooking oil until well cooked. | | 5 | Serve with mashed potatoes and garnish with chopped parsley if desired. |
