Caramel-Pineapple Flambe

Ingredients:
16 xpineapple slices (fresh or canned)
4 tbspsugar
1 cupwhite rum
Procedures:
1Coat sliced pineapple rings with sugar.
2Grill over high heat for about 1-2 minutes on each side, until the sugar has slightly caramelized.
3Arrange pineapple slices in a serving dish.
4Heat rum in a small sauce pan until it starts to boil. Tilt the saucepan to one side, then use a lighter or match to inflame it. Pour over pineapple rings and serve immediately.
