Hungarian Beef Kebabs

Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbsbeef sirloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
2 xlarge onions, peeled
1/2 tsponion powder
xsalt, pepper and paprika
3 tbspcooking oil
xskewers
Procedures:
1In a bowl, mix together salt, pepper, and paprika with cooking oil, according to desired taste.
2Add onion powder, then beef cubes. Mix well and let beef marinate in mixture for about 15 minutes.
3Cut onions into halves, then quarters.
4Arrange beef cubes and onions in skewers, piercing in alternate order.
5Cook beef over charcoal grill according to desired doneness. Brush occassionally with the marinade while cooking.
