Ingredients:

| lbs | potatoes | | 1
| x | large onion, peeled | | 1
| x | large sausage | | 3
| tbsp | butter | | x | salt and pepper |

Procedures:
| 1 | Wash potatoes (with skin on) very well. | | 2 | Put them in a pot with cold, salted water and bring to boil. Cook them until tender, then drain and allow to cool. | | 3 | Peel potatoes and cut into 1/4 inch slices. | | 4 | Slice onions to make thin rings. Cut sausage into 1/4 inch slices. | | 5 | Heat frying pan and add half of the butter | | 6 | Saute sliced onions until golden, take them out and keep hot. | | 7 | Saute sausage slices in the other half of the butter, then add potatoes. Pan-fry until cooked. | | 8 | Add sauteed onions, then season with salt and pepper. | | 9 | Garnish with parsley if desired. |
