Pineapple Upside-Down Cake - Microwaved

Ingredients:
1/4 cupmargarine
4 tbspbrown sugar
1 canSliced pineapple (16 oz)
1/4 cupglazed cherries
1 1/4 cupflour
3/4 cupsugar
2 tspbaking powder
1/4 tspsalt
1 xegg
1/3 cupoil
1/2 tspvanilla extract
1/2 tspalmond extract
Procedures:
1Cut 2 circles of waxed paper to fit bottom of microwaveable 8 inch round cake pan.
2Place margarine on waxed paper.
3Microwave on high, 45 seconds; sprinkle brown sugar on melted margarine and arrange pineapple slices on sugar, add cherries to center of pineapple slices.
4Put flour, granulated sugar baking powder and salt in mixing bowl.
5Blend together egg, oil, pineapple juice and extracts.
6Pour into dry ingredients and blend with wooden spoon.
7Pour batter over pineapple slices.
8Microwave at 50% (medium) 5 minutes.
9Rotate disk once.
10Microwave on high, 4 to 4 ?minutes, rotating dish twice.
11Let stand in pan 5 minutes.
12Invert onto serving plate.
13Peel off wax paper if it comes out with cake.
14Garnish with more cherries, if desired.
