Fried Fish Steak a la Meuniere

Ingredients:
1 2/3 largefish steaks (coley, cod, trout, etc)
1 2/3 largebutton mushrooms
1 1/4 tbspbutter
flour, salt and pepper
2/5 xlemon
2/5 tspchopped parsley
Procedures:
1Wash the fish steaks and dry using paper towels.
2Season with salt and pepper, and coat with flour.
3Pan-fry fish steaks in butter for about 5 minutes on each side, until cooked.
4In the meantime, cut the mushrooms until finely chopped.
5Remove the fish steaks from the pan and replace with the chopped mushrooms. Saute for 2 minutes, then add parsley, season with salt and pepper.
6Arrange fish steaks in serving plates. Serve with sauteed mushrooms and lemon slices.
