condensed milk, about 3/4 cup

fresh whipping cream
Procedures:

Wash and peel the guava. Cut roughly into small pieces and puree in a food processor.

Using an electric mixer, whip cream until stiff.

In a large bowl, mix together guava puree, whipped cream and condensed milk.

Serve in small cups with biscuits.

This recipe can also be used with mangoes.
