Oriental Crab and Pork Omelette

Ingredients:
1/4 lbsground pork
1/4 lbspre-cooked crab meat
1/2 cupsliced wood ears, soaked in water
5 largeeggs, beaten
1 tbspfinely chopped parsley
2 tbspcooking oil
Procedures:
1Heat oil in a large, non-stick pan. Add the ground pork, then saute until browned and cooked.
2Add the crab meat, wood ears, and parsley. Cook over high heat for 2 minutes, then add the egg.
3Stir-fry until the eggs are cooked. Season with salt and pepper.
