Eggs in Jello

Ingredients:
4 largeeggs, hardboiled and shelled
1 xpack of unflavored gelatin
1 cuprose or port wine
1 largeslice of ham, cut into small bits
2 tbspsliced green olives
xfresh taragon
xsalt and pepper
Procedures:
1Prepare the gelatine as per package directions (dissolve in half cup of cold water, then microwave at high for 40 seconds). Let it cool for 10 minutes. Add the wine.
2Place the olives, whole egg, bits of ham, and some fresh tarragon in small cups.
3Pour in the wine-gelatin mixture, then refrigerate overnight.
4Garnish with lettuce and serve as appetizer with salt and pepper on the side.
