Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients:
2 lbspotatoes, peeled
1 cupmilk
1/4 cupcream
xsalt, pepper, and ground nutmeg
Procedures:
1Cook the potatoes in boiling water for about 15 minutes. Remove and drain.
2Roughly cut into large 2 inch cubes.
3Place the potatoes, milk, and cream in blender or food processor, then puree until smooth.
4Season with salt, pepper, and ground nutmeg.
5Serve with roast turkey and gravy for thanksgiving.
