Fruit and Yogurt Salad

Ingredients:
2 cupplain or vanilla yogurt
1/2 lbsstrawberries - washed
2 xbananas
1 largeapple
1 smallmelon (cantaloupe)
1/4 lbswhite seedless grapes - washed
3/4 cuppowdered sugar (confectioners)
2 xegg whites
2 tbspalmond flakes (or pistachios)
2 tbsplemon juice
Procedures:
1Cut bananas into 1/2 inch slices.
2Peel the apple and cut roughly into large 1-inch cubes.
3Cut melon into 1 inch cubes.
4Put all fruits in a large bowl. Drizzle with the lemon juice, then toss and refrigerate for an hour. The lemon juice prevents discoloration.
5Beat eggwhites and sugar until snow peaks form.
6Fold in the yogurt, then pour on top of the fruits.
7Top with almond flakes. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
