Procedures:
| 1 | In a small bowl, mix together yeast, sugar, and milk. Leave in a warm place to become frothy. | | 2 | Place flour in a large bowl. Make a well in the center, then beat in the yeast - milk mixture. Leave in a warm place for about 40 minutes. | | 3 | Mix in the buckwheat flour and egg yolks, then leave in a warm place again for 30 minutes. | | 4 | Whisk the egg whites together with the salt. Fold into the buckwheat batter. | | 5 | Melt butter in non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Spoon in a tablespoon of the batter at a time to make small pancakes, cooking 2-3 minutes on each side until golden. |
