Ingredients:
2 lbslamb meat (from shoulder)
3 largegreen peppers, cut into 1 inch squares
1 cupmilk
4 tbspcooking oil
xsalt and pepper
1 tbspdried oregano
Procedures:
1Cut the lamb into 1 inch cubes.
2In a large bowl, mix together the milk, oil, and dried oregano.
3Marinate lamb cubes in the milk mixture for 1 hour.
4Drain lamb cubes, then season with salt and pepper.
5Arrange lamb cubes and green pepper squares in a skewer - in alternating order.
6Cook over a hot charcoal grill for 5-8 minutes, until lamb is cooked.
