Grilled Veal Fillet with Bacon and Cheese

Ingredients:
4 veal fillet, about 200g each
4 sliced bacon
4 xswiss cheese slices
salt and pepper
Procedures:
1Make and incision in the veal fillet and stuff with a slice of bacon (preferably low-fat) and cheese.
2Season veal fillets with salt and pepper.
3Cook over charcoal grill for about 5 minutes on each side, until the meat is about medium well.
4Serve with buttered noodles.
