Irish cream and chocolate cheesecake

Ingredients:
1 2/3 cupCrushed chocolate wafers
-(200 gr package) 1/3 cup
-butter, melted
FILLING
2 Envelopes unflavored gelatin
1/4 tspSalt
1 tbspInstant coffee granules
2 cupMilk
4 Eggs, separated
1/3 cupIrish Cream liquer
1 lbsCream cheese
1/2 cupGranulated sugar
4 ozSemisweet chocolate
Procedures:
1This can be made a day ahead, and it freezes well too.
2Crust; in bowl, combine wafers and butter.
3Press into 13 x 9 inch glass baking dish.
4Refrigerate.
5Filling; in saucepan, cook gelatin, salt, coffee and milk, stirring constantly, over medium heat until hot and coffee is dissolved.
6Reduce heat.
7Stir a little coffee mixture into egg yolks, then pour egg mixture back into saucepan.
8Cook, stirring frequently, until mixture thickens slightly, 4 - 5 minutes.
9Remove from heat and add liqueur.
10Using electric mixer or food processor, blend cream cheese and ?cup of the sugar until smooth.
11Slowly blend coffee mixture into cream cheese.
12Chill, stirring occasionally, until consistency of raw egg whites, about 1 - 1-?hours.
13Meanwhile, melt chocolate in double boiler over hot water.
14Let cool.
15Beat egg whites until soft peaks form.
16Gradually add remaing sugar and beat until stiff peaks form.
17Gently fold egg whites into coffee mixture.
18Transfer 1-?cups of coffee mixture to small bowl and fold in chocolate.
19Using large spoon, alternately spoon two mixtures over chocolate crust.
