Fried Chicken a la Kiev

Ingredients:
4 xchicken breasts
2 tbspwater
1/2 cupflour
1/2 cupbread crumbs
2 largeeggs, beaten
2 tbspparsley, chopped
1/4 lbsbutter
Procedures:
1Slice chicken in the middle to open up.
2Cut butter into quarters and lay a piece of butter in the center of each chicken piece.
3Add some chopped parlsey at the center.
4Roll each up into a log and secure at the end with a toothpick.
5Mix eggs and water.
6Roll each log in flour, then dip in egg and cover with bread crumbs.
7Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
8Deep fry until brown, then bake at 375 °F for 5 minutes.
9Serve with fresh green salad and baked potatoes.
