Grilled Sirloin Steak with Nuts and Roquefort Cheese

Ingredients:
4 xbeef sirloin steaks, abt 1/2 lbs ea
xsalt and pepper
1/4 lbsroquefort cheese
1/4 lbsbutter
1/4 lbscoursely chopped assorted nuts
1 xshallot, peeled and chopped
Procedures:
1Season sirloin steaks with salt, paprika and pepper. Rub with cooking oil, then grill over high heat. Cook each side for 3-5 minutes, according to desired doneness.
2Saute chopped shallots in butter in a small saucepan.
3Add the chopped nuts and crumbled roquefort cheese. Cook until the cheese melts, and a thick sauce is obtained.
4Arrange the grilled steaks in serving plates, then top with the nutty cheese sauce.
5Serve with mashed potatoes and salad.
