Braised Spinach with Cream

Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbsspinach
1 tbspbutter
4 tbspcream
xsalt and pepper
xground nutmeg for seasoning
Procedures:
1Wash and clean the spinach.
2Fill a large pot with water, then bring to a boil. Add salt or chicken bouillon cube to give the liquid a light flavor. Add the spinach and boil for 5 minutes.
3Remove the spinach and drain.
4Heat butter in a frying pan, then add the spinach and saute. Add half of the cream and mix well.
5The liquid from the boiled spinach will come out - let the spinach simmer in the liquid for about 8-12 minutes.
6Remove from heat, then add the remaining cream to the spinach.
7Season with salt, pepper, and a dash of ground nutmeg.
