| tbsp | butter | | 4
| tbsp | cream | | x | salt and pepper | | x | ground nutmeg for seasoning |

Procedures:
| 1 | Wash and clean the spinach. | | 2 | Fill a large pot with water, then bring to a boil. Add salt or chicken bouillon cube to give the liquid a light flavor. Add the spinach and boil for 5 minutes. | | 3 | Remove the spinach and drain. | | 4 | Heat butter in a frying pan, then add the spinach and saute. Add half of the cream and mix well. | | 5 | The liquid from the boiled spinach will come out - let the spinach simmer in the liquid for about 8-12 minutes. | | 6 | Remove from heat, then add the remaining cream to the spinach. | | 7 | Season with salt, pepper, and a dash of ground nutmeg. |
