Honey-Walnut Crepes

Ingredients:
1/2 lbssifted flour
1/4 tspsalt
2 tbspmelted butter
3 xeggs
2 cupmilk
2 tbspsugar
1/2 tspvanilla extract
4 tbsphoney
1/4 lbsfinely chopped walnuts
Procedures:
1Put the sifted flour in a large bowl and make a well at the center.
2Place the eggs on the center, then beat and mix with the flour. Slowly add the milk, little by little - mix very well.
3Add the butter, salt, vanilla and sugar - mix very well. After this, you will have a thin batter. Set aside.
4Mix the honey with the chopped walnuts.
5Cook the crepes like pancakes in a flat non-stick pan. Use a ladle to scoop the batter into the pan, about 1/4 cup portions at a time.
6Allow each crepe to cook for about 1-2 minutes on one side, then use a non-stick spatula to flip the crepe.
7Spread a thin layer of the honey walnut mixture on 1/2 of the crepe, then fold in half as you would for an omelette. Fold one more time to make a quarter.
8Arrange the crepes on serving plates, then garnish with walnuts and serve with additional honey on the side.
