Procedures:

Leave beef in freezer for about 30 minutes to 1 hour, until the beef is half-frozen.

Using an electric knife or slicing machine, cut been into very thin slices (about 1mm).

Arrange beef in serving plates, then sprinkle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

Season with salt and pepper.
