Ingredients:
1 lbstenderloin beef
2 tbspolive oil
1 tbspbalsamic vinegar
1 smalllemon
salt and ground black pepper
Procedures:
1Leave beef in freezer for about 30 minutes to 1 hour, until the beef is half-frozen.
2Using an electric knife or slicing machine, cut been into very thin slices (about 1mm).
3Arrange beef in serving plates, then sprinkle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
4Season with salt and pepper.
5Garnish with lemon slices.
