Stewed Pork with Cream and Spinach

Ingredients:
2 lbspork meat - for stewing
1 tbspbutter
1 tbspcooking oil
2 smallonions, peeled and minced
1 tbspflour
2 cupwhite wine
2 xgarlic cloves, peeled and chopped
xsalt and pepper
1/2 lbsspinach, washed
1 tspbutter
2 tbspcream
Procedures:
1In a pressure cooker, saute pork in butter and cooking oil.
2Add chopped onions and flour, stir-fry for about 2 minutes.
3Add wine and chopped garlic, then bring to a boil.
4Season with salt and pepper. Seal and pressure cook the pork for 20-25 minutes.
5While waiting, saute spinach in butter for about 3-4 minutes.
6When the pork is cooked, add the sauteed spinach and cream. Let it cook for about 2-3 minutes.
7Serve with steamed potatoes.
