Banana Sorbet

Ingredients:
3 largebananas
1 tsplemon juice
2 largeeggs
1/3 cupsugar
Procedures:
1Peel the bananas.
2Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites.
3Beat the egg whites with 1/4 of the sugar until a snow-mixture is obtained.
4Place the egg yolks in a small bowl. Add 1/4 of the sugar, heat over a double boiler, constantly beating until the mixture becomes very thick.
5Put the bananas, the rest of the sugar, and lemon juice in a blender. Puree using low speed, until well mashed. Add the egg whites and yolk mixture, then mix well in the blender.
6Pour the banana mixture in an ice cream container and freeze for about 3 hours.
7Scoop in glass cups. Top with light syrup if desired.
