Ingredients:

| large | bananas | | 1
| tsp | lemon juice | | 2
| large | eggs | | 1/3
| cup | sugar |

Procedures:
| 1 | Peel the bananas. | | 2 | Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites. | | 3 | Beat the egg whites with 1/4 of the sugar until a snow-mixture is obtained. | | 4 | Place the egg yolks in a small bowl. Add 1/4 of the sugar, heat over a double boiler, constantly beating until the mixture becomes very thick. | | 5 | Put the bananas, the rest of the sugar, and lemon juice in a blender. Puree using low speed, until well mashed. Add the egg whites and yolk mixture, then mix well in the blender. | | 6 | Pour the banana mixture in an ice cream container and freeze for about 3 hours. | | 7 | Scoop in glass cups. Top with light syrup if desired. |
