Smoked Salmon Canapes

Ingredients:
8 largesmoked salmon slices
6 largewhite bread toasts
1/4 cupcream
1 tsplemon juice
1 tspchopped dill (optional)
Procedures:
1Mix cream, lemon juice and dill, if available.
2Remove the edges of the bread toasts, then cut the white part into quarters. Arrange in a baking dish, then toast in the oven for 3-5 minutes.
3Divide the sliced salmon, according to the number of toast bread quarters.
4Top each piece of bread with smoked salmon.
5Add a small dollop of cream, then arrange in a serving plate.
