Veal and Bacon Roulade

Ingredients:
8 eachveal escalopes, very thin
8 slicebacon
8 eachtoothpicks
1 cupmilk
4 tbspflour
1/2 tspground nutmeg
xsalt and pepper
Procedures:
1In a small sauce pan, bring milk to a boil, season with salt and pepper and a little ground nutmeg.
2Pour milk on the veal escalopes, then set aside to cool.
3Place a slice of bacon on each piece of veal. Roll it up and stick a toothpick on the middle to make a small roulade. Repeat process for the rest of the veal and bacon slices.
4Coat the roulade in flour, then deep fry until golden-crisp.
5Serve with bread toasts or pasta with white sauce.
