Ingredients:
| 1
| cup | prepared gravy(bottled or canned brown stock) | | 1/2
| cup | cream | | 2
| tbsp | butter | | 1
| lbs | minced veal(cut for stews) | | 1
| tsp | chopped shallots | | 2
| tbsp | cooking oil | | 2
| tbsp | white wine |

Procedures:
| 1 | Season sliced veal meat with salt and pepper. | | 2 | Panfry in cooking oil over high heat until medium. remove meat and keep warm. | | 3 | using the same pan, add shallots and saute for 1 minute. | | 4 | Add white wine and continue stir-frying for 1 minute. | | 5 | Add gravy and simmer for 2 minutes. | | 6 | Add butter, cream and veal. Mix well and simmer for 1 more minute. | | 7 | Garnish with fresh herbs. |
