Creamy Veal Stew

Ingredients:
1 cupprepared gravy(bottled or canned brown stock)
1/2 cupcream
2 tbspbutter
1 lbsminced veal(cut for stews)
1 tspchopped shallots
2 tbspcooking oil
2 tbspwhite wine
Procedures:
1Season sliced veal meat with salt and pepper.
2Panfry in cooking oil over high heat until medium. remove meat and keep warm.
3using the same pan, add shallots and saute for 1 minute.
4Add white wine and continue stir-frying for 1 minute.
5Add gravy and simmer for 2 minutes.
6Add butter, cream and veal. Mix well and simmer for 1 more minute.
7Garnish with fresh herbs.
