| 1 | Cut prepare in half. |

| 8 | Add vegetables oil, and continue cooking until ' Al Dente'. |
| 9 | Strain and sprinkle butter, mix well to prevent sticking. |
| 10 | Add the cooked vegetables, mix well. |
| 11 | Arrange in serving plates and topped with grated cheese. |
| 12 | Garnish with fresh herbs if desired. |
