Grandpa's Pepper and Pasta Special

Ingredients:
2 tbspolive oil
1 medium red bell pepper
1 medium green bell pepper
1 medium yellow bell pepper
1 tspchopped garlic
1 tspchopped shallots
2 tbspblack olives (seeds remove)
1 lbsmacaroni
1 tbspvegetable oil
2 tbspbutter
1/2 cupgrated cheese
Procedures:
1Cut prepare in half.
2Remove seeds, wash, and slice lengthwise into thin strips.
3Cut black olives into quarters
4In a frying pan, saute the peppers in olive oil.
5Add olives, shallots and garlic and continue cooking for about 2-3 minutes.
6Season with salt and pepper and set aside.
7Cook macaroni in lightly boiling water.
8Add vegetables oil, and continue cooking until ' Al Dente'.
9Strain and sprinkle butter, mix well to prevent sticking.
10Add the cooked vegetables, mix well.
11Arrange in serving plates and topped with grated cheese.
12Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
