Chicken Rosemary Stew

Ingredients:
3 tbspcooking oil
3 tbspchopped onions
1 tspchopped garlic
1 whole chicken, cut into stewing pieces
1 tbsptomato paste
1/2 cupwhite wine
1 chicken bouillon cube
2 cupwater
1 tbspdried rosemary
1 tbspdried basil
2 tbspchopped parsley
1/2 cupbutton mushrooms
1/3 cupseedless white grapes
Procedures:
1In a 2 1/2 to quart pot, over medium heat, heat olive oil.
2Add onion and garlic; saute about 3 minutes, until translucent.
3Add chicken pieces and saute approximately 10-15 minutes, until chicken half cooked.
4Add tomato paste and continue sauteeing for about 1 minute.
5Add wine and chicken bouillon cube. reduce for about 1 minute.
6Add water, rosemary, basil, parsley and button mushrooms.
7Simmer on stovetop for about 25 minutes, until chicken is cooked through.
8garnish with seedless grapes and fresh rosemary - if available.
