| tbsp | chopped onions | | 1
| tsp | chopped garlic | | 1
| | whole chicken, cut into stewing pieces | | 1
| tbsp | tomato paste | | 1/2
| cup | white wine | | 1
| | chicken bouillon cube | | 2
| cup | water | | 1
| tbsp | dried rosemary | | 1
| tbsp | dried basil | | 2
| tbsp | chopped parsley | | 1/2
| cup | button mushrooms | | 1/3
| cup | seedless white grapes |

Procedures:
| 1 | In a 2 1/2 to quart pot, over medium heat, heat olive oil. | | 2 | Add onion and garlic; saute about 3 minutes, until translucent. | | 3 | Add chicken pieces and saute approximately 10-15 minutes, until chicken half cooked. | | 4 | Add tomato paste and continue sauteeing for about 1 minute. | | 5 | Add wine and chicken bouillon cube. reduce for about 1 minute. | | 6 | Add water, rosemary, basil, parsley and button mushrooms. | | 7 | Simmer on stovetop for about 25 minutes, until chicken is cooked through. | | 8 | garnish with seedless grapes and fresh rosemary - if available. |
